  Love the milkshakes and burgers here. Also the fact they have peanuts to snack on while waiting in line

  I came in to get a Keto (no bun) burger today- Which I did- and it was great.  Issue I have is that I have read everywhere that if you get a Bacon Cheese Burger with no bun, they will give you extra bacon and cheese for no charge if you request it.  I asked the kid at the register today and he knew nothing about this?  Is this the only location not offering this for those who order the BACON CHEESE BURGER?  Disappointed only because it's being advertised everywhere that this is standard for keto burgers.  
  Please let me know if I need to escalate this inquiry to the Branch Manager?.
  
  UPDATE:  I reached out to the corporate office by email and received a clear response that ALL toppings are free- If you order a Bacon Cheese Burger, you can request extra bacon and cheese.  BUT, if you order a plain burger, you will be charged for the Bacon and Cheese.  It was just that the staff member who helped me that day didn't quite understand the policy so the management said they will make sure it is clear.  Extra protein on Keto is crucial-  The burgers are the best as far as fast food goes and the toppings are really what make them worth the money!  I don't mind paying for quality.

  Thank your always being fully ready to take my order and go. I always come to this one though I live by the one downtown. I know they will always be clean, efficient, and help me get in and out on a hot day.
  
  I liked see what seemed like the manager outside, talking to employees and checking the receptacles in the front. Thank you for being a part of my summers!

  When I go to 5 Guys, I get my standby bacon cheese dog. They get it right regardless of location, but this time they missed a critical ingredient: relish. It's on the receipt, they just didn't put it on.

  I drive all the way from Mountain View to go to this location. The one close to my house is terrible. I actually grew up down the street from the original Five Guys in Arlington Va. I would get to go there on like once a month and l loved it. When l heard the In was coming to California l was excited. The flavors always take me back. Especially the fresh cut fries and the malt vinegar. Tastes the exact same. The burgers are a bit different but still very good. My order is always correct and the burger and fries are cooked to perfection. Doesn't get any better than this for a burger. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Hey Five Guys. When are you going to offer some ranch dressing. Don't want to keep having to jack it from Pizza My Heart
